William and Helen Richards Scholarship

The late SUNY Orange President Dr. William Richards, and his wife Helen, generously created this scholarship. It is awarded to a full- or part-time Returning/Continuing student, who has a child attending the SUNY Orange Middletown or Newburgh Lab School or any other pre-school.
