Charles Toole Memorial Music Scholarship

Established in honor of Charles Toole. Awarded annually to a full- or part-time, Returning/Continuing student in the Arts & Communication Music Program. Student must be an instrumentalist and demonstrate academic/music merit. Award based on recommendation of the Music Department.
